If you open an adult beverage, your shooting is done for the night. Now driving around the property is a whole nother story. LOL!!!!

Cleaned all the firearms the other day. I am fully set on AK-47 ammo. LOL. Think I have enough .223 for the AR-15. Tons of 9mm too. The shooting part is ready to go. One week to go. Can't wait!!!!

I usually leave my shop around 11:30 or so. That puts me at the farm around 12:30. Anytime after that is cool! So what does your Dad like to shoot? I could grab my Dad's M1 garand.

I made 2 target holders today while my work truck is getting some work done. I used 2 x 4 studs to make a frame that we can staple or tape a body sillouette paper target to. I have tons of them so got that covered. The neat thing I did was drill 5/8 inch holes all down the side of each stand. I have a 4 ft bar of rebar. Placed in between the frames, we can hang stuff on it and shoot stuff like brake rotors, pie plates, anything we want. The holes go from a few inches from the top down to about 2 feet from the ground. I am kind of proud of these things. I don't have hardly any money in them. And if they don't fall over or we don't put too many holes in them, they should last for a few parties.

I swear it seems like every party there is something we are doing. I will eventually get to go to one. We are camping at the KY horsepark and going to the UK vs. Florida football game.

I don't do a whole lot, but whenever there is something fun happening, seems like I have plans. But I warned Keith, this was the only weekend I couldn't come in September. I think that's why he planned it for this weekend.
