As I,ve said had a great time. Just sorry I didn't get to talk to everyone i wanted too! My nephew came down and i hadn't seen him for some time. One of the highlights was a hug from Leah (spelling). You got to love it when a child just reaches out and throws her arms around you . Made my day.

Lena (Vinny's sister -Deanne's - daughter)! She loved you Steve, I have never seen her walk up to a stranger and hug them like that. She's the sweetest little girl, my back is sore from carrying her around all day, but I am not complaining. I love my niece!

I had a blast yesterday. It's always good to see everyone. I have to figure out how to post the video of everyone reving their engines, that was very cool. I'm not sure how good the video will be because it was taken on my digital camera.

We had about 120 cars register and I know there were atleast 20 (probably more) who didn't register, so we had a great turnout!!!

I'd like to personally thank everyone who helped out with donations....

    Xtreme Audio
    Quaker Steak & Lube
Clear Channel (Mike's Carwash, and the other various restaurants and stuff)
    Hyperperformance Motorsports
    Dirty Dog Performance
    Jack Knabb Autobody
    Beechmont Ford
And anyone else that I forgot....I'm sorry.

Also thanks to everyone who helped Tim and I organize this thing.

Special Thanks goes out to Northside K of C for allowing us to hold another one of our semi-annual events on their property. The beers were cold and the food was hot!!

As far as the Top 10 awards, I was busy and wasn't able to participate, but we did find some guest judges who did a great job.

Here is a (partial) listing of the award winners...

Mike Brua - 01CobraGT - 2001 Silver GT with 03 Cobra drivetrain swap & Kenne Bell sitting on top
    David Pittman - Snotzs135
    Bill Woodell - Woody68RS - 1968 Camaro
    Sue Meyers
Jim Tirey - JIMSVT - 1998 Black Cobra with a big ole turbo
    Jimmy - mustangoutlaw
Doug Collins - 2003 Mach I (I need you to contact me....I don't know your screen name and I have a couple of awards for you)
    Angie - Ihaveonesweetride
    Terry Reeves - beefcake - 2008 Vapor Shelby GT500
Bryan Byrd - 2004 black Cobra - NMRA DR car

Doug Collins also won the Beechmont Ford Manager's Choice award.

Auston Anderson won the "Junior5oh" award. Amanda wasn't able to attend the cruise in, so Holly chose the car for that award.

Please PM me if you know more info about those members that I just listed....I'd like to have a full list if possible.

    Thanks,

    Matt.

That was awesome. Cracked everyone up. When you post up the audio, it needs to be a sticky so we can play it anytime we are thinking about him. I bet it will get a few plays.

I know you have big plans for "da coupe". I thought it would mean more to you than anybody and I know Vinny would have wanted his best friend to have that plaque. I miss that car, but I sold it to the person I was supposed to. Looking forward to seeing it at future events (and driving it every now and then too).
