Just saw this on the news this morning. A "program is developing" that will create an 18 month counseling and reform program for "active shooters" for which they get paid money for "completing certain steps along the way". I am not certain if this is a state level concept of federal level concept as they did not elaborate. ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME!!!!????!!!! Pay people to complete a course steps after going out and shooting and/or killing people? Sounds more like an incentive than a deterrent.
Given the wreck that the judicial system in this country is in thanks to certain billionaire socialist pigs, I should not surprised.
