So, to quash the rumor mills, I want to let everyone know that my landlord for my shop rented it out from under me for 4 times what I'm paying and tthen gave me 31 days to move out. So I am moving all my cars, parts and equipment into storage. I am NOT closing down permanently. This is temporary until I can get my building built on my property. I have a bid I am going to accept, then it's just a matter of time from then on. Once concrete is poured and doors are installed, I will move it all back in and be open again. Again, this is temporary. I will still be available for tuning, as there are enough dynos in this area to go around. If anyone wants to come make offers on parts and such, now is the time. I'd rather sell it than store it.
This sucks, my landlord is an a hole, and this year has really sucked so far. I have finished up all the project cars I had here, and am finishing up 2 engine builds that will be done before I am moved out.
Once my building is built, I am never moving this shit again! Any help would be appreciated as well. We've got a good start on it but moving will be just about every day.

Thanks.

Damn man, that sucks to hear. I know moving sucks, even more so when you have so much stuff.

Thanks guys. Aaron, thanks for the offer but we have lots of trucks, it's just bodies we need now. But we'll get it. Not the first ahole landlord I've dealt with, but it is the last!

SUX man. Maybe you should let the next tenant know what you are paying in rent. They may then seek another place and leave him hanging high and dry. It's only fair to them that they know they are being taken advantage of.

That's a great idea Chad, but he's already signed a lease and paid rent.

We've got it covered. We're knocking it out slowly but steadily. Thanks to all for the sentiment. It sucks but it'll be over soon.
