Does anybody have drag radials or slicks for sale? Need 17"

I saw a 17" setup with bias ply slicks on back and bias front runners on Racestar brackets for $1300. C link.

I would've already bought the setup if it was a Radial R series setup.

I agree. I have seen where cars have gone slower with the 28" tall tires vs the 26" ones. I really want shorter tires

That's possible. All depends on power, rear gear, trans, weight etc.
