Hey Guys, I'm looking for a Stockish (No Transbrake or Manual Shift) C4 Transmission for my son's '66 Mustang ...

Preferably something ready to go that doesn't need rebuilt ... Case or Pan Fill, With or without Convertor ...

Car is a Stock 289 4V with a 3.00 gear ...

I know. And i want to keep it. Haha. But if you have trouble locating one, i have the one that needs freshened that i pulled out.

And i will keep an eye out for you. Is that 289 a 6 bolt or 5 bolt bellhousing? I cant remember what year they switched. I feel like it was 1968, But yours may be a later block anyway. I will ask around for you.

It's an All Original 1966 ... 6 Bolt ... From what I remember, 5 bolt 289s were 65' and before ...

I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm mistaken ...
