Final running of the dozen challenge

How does Oct 27 sound for the final running of the dozen? At edgewater. Usual rules for the challenge final running apply. Drawing for prize will happen then as well. How are they with tech? My belts are expired now since my bucket has been sitting. I have been chasing a tuning issue but would love to try and make a couple passes. Worst part is the belts have never been used

They have not checked my belts lately, but they check helmets everytime.

KK told me I could run my expired belts at a test and tune event, just not on a race day. E20 gave me shit about no roll bar padding, said I couldn't run again without it.

Checked helmet only. Ran 10.97 and 10.87 Friday night with nothing said to me. Have run 11.30 or faster there at T/T's all year and nothing said.

And yes, pure dihydrogen monoxide doesn't freeze at 32 F. In fact water has been held in liquid form till below zero, like -50 F or so. It is called supercooling and has been known about for roughly 350 years.

Also demonstrated by beer slushies...

Took you all night to google that response. The point is about hyping something that will have no impact in the end. The idiot forecasts a "snowfront" coming in. Rattles on about .4" of accumulation (where I have no idea) because he goes on to say that because of the 35 degree air temp and warm ground temp nothing will stick (thus a contradiction in his forecast). So why not simply forecast a chance of snow showers with mixed rain? Simple clear and to the point. but not with your hero Horstmeyer (sp). And yes I am aware of the effects atmosphere has on the elements. That wasn't the point.

You assumed it took me all night when the fact is I'm a natural 2nd/3rd shifter. While Steve is not my "hero" he was the only one to warn it might get serious with changing conditions that the weather models were clueless. Hence the 100+ car pile up in Colerain Twsp. in 2013...

Drama sells, weather kills, makes the headlines. But if you dig into it you get the facts...which is mostly lame.
