I bought Mike Bells 2012 Gt. The car made 380/380 at the tires on e85 with a cat less h-pipe. I can not express how happy I am with the car and the work that Mike did.

The previous motor tanked so Mike found a 9000 mile short block and built a new setup for me.

Mike really went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the car. Even purchased a blowfish racing shifter bracket to solve the common shifter issues that these cars have.

Very nice! I was so happy when I switched from a fox body to my '17. The ride and feeling is incredible in the new stangs.

Another satisfied Coyote convert. Hmmmmmmm....seems to be a trend. Next best investment is to purchase the latest MGW shifter and sell the Blowfish bracket as the latest MGW resolves that issue by mating directly to the tranny and not supported on the back via a bracket mounted to the underbody.

The blowfish bolts to the trans and removes the bracket from the body.

Yes I know that. Had one for my 2013 I was going to add to my MGW gen II shifter but I traded it for my 14 before I got it installed. They've been around for years now. Nothing new. Regardless the stock shifter is a complete POS. MGW makes the latest generation for he MT-82 "GIT-RAG" (getrag) so that it mounts like Ford should have done it on the S197 body when it was first released in 2005. Therefore buying the absolute best shifter known to mankind for your 2012 will eliminate the need for that Blowfish bracket if you so choose to do so. You think the car is fun to drive how? Put an MGW in it and you'll cream your pants.

Mgw and a supercharger should make for a fun car.

^^^ Yes...the Super Charger addition is the bee's knees. VMP is the way to go on Coyote's in my experience. I am running a Roush but that is only because I was not aware of VMP when I FI'd the 13 years ago. Second because it was a year old and had 7K on it I wanted to retain some warranty so I chose the Roush package that offered their warranty (only on that phase 1 package for an additonal fee that covered anything not covered by the Ford warranty if problems would arise). Never used it and was never happier than when I finally crap canned the Roush POS tune and went with a VMP tune. I swapped all of that over to my 14 automatic and went with VMP again. These guys are very professional and very customer oriented. They take their time with you and answer all of your questions. Alex in working with me has given me a fairly open tune. I can add up to 4 degrees of WOT spark advance in the tune (or pull spark advance WOT and globally if need be), change shift points, shift firmness, etc. If I was rolling in cash I would rip that ROush TVS off and replace it with a VMP GEN II R. Their 2.3L TVS flows very nicely.

Its worth the money and almost a shame to mount it up after you see the workmanship in it when it arrives. Super service from those guys. Only down side is the waiting list to get one. Can be 30-45 days before it ships but well worth it. Since you have the Blowfish which is a nice piece you may be able to find a GEN II MGW used on SVTP or S197 FORUMS. Will save you few clams as well and you'll be creaming your pants even sooner. LOL!

BTW if you don't have all of the parts that came with the Blowfish you will need to call them and order the bracket mount that supports the MGW GEN II. It's only $20 bucks or so.

The MGw is the best shifter ever made . I second chads words on this . Put a quality clutch (McLeod rst) and the stainless clutch line in and the car feels like a totally different car .
