Never was a fan of Lonestar. Always preferred Tumbleweed for cheap steaks and they are all gone at least around here. My favorite now would probably be Texas Roadhouse.

I like Longhorns. Never had a bad steak at any of them.

The last and only time I went to a Lonestar was the one in Dayton. The steak sucked and the chicken tender things for my daughter were gross. We never went back.

Texas Roadhouse is not bad for the quick steak. I like the fact I can special order Fillet Mignon to my size liking. Had a 16 oz rare the last time I was there. It was not bad at all. Very palatable, and tender. I'd give it a B+ compared to the 16oz Fillet special at The Celestial in Clifton. And it's much more reasonable in price understandably.

they are, but some of them have started closing, the one in eastgate closed about 2 months ago or so

they actually had killer ribs too, fall right off the bone, and one of the few places that still deep fry potatoe skins and make them like they should

baked skins suck

If you like good baby back ribs-try Butterbees in Milford. OMG, they're great.
