I hate driving Challengers. Feels like you are sitting down low in a huge bathtub. Putting 800+ HP from the factory is cool and all, but the car itself sucks ass to drive around in.

Nice numbers. Glad to see HP like this being made. Being a Hellcat started at about 64K I can only imagine the price tag of this special run vehicle. 14.5 boost at of a 2.7L blower (brand unknown to me) is doing the job well, and I assume on 93 octane, because I know several GT500 (13/14, models) owners who have turned their up and made almost 800 at the rear wheel while staying on 93 pump gas safely.

The Jeep Trackhawk will start at 80. I wonder if this will be in the 90s? Cobra Jets start around 100k right?

See why I went to chrysler? Lol. We've been getting a lot of inside info on these, and there is a lot they didn't go into as much detail as they should've on. Like the electronic suspension. That's badass. We use that on the vipers but in a different way than on the demon. I'm tempted to sell all my cars and get one of these, but it won't happen. The fact it comes with skinnies is badass. The crate has a bunch of stuff it comes with.

Ford was supposed to do that with the Lightning I believe, but never brought it to production. They would chill coolant down to 30 degrees in a isolated chamber, then you could release it for a temporary power increase.
Guys with Lightnings and Cobras have been doing it for years with the Killer Chiller from Joe Kincaid. No tank, you just cool all the IC fluid continuously. Lately guys have just been building their own kits for way cheaper than Joe sells them for.
Are they cooling the supercharger itself (like a liquid cooled Kenne Bell blower), or the IC fluid, or both?

Hopefully they took into consideration the condensate that will generate on a hot day not only at the H.E. but throughout. Tracks don't take kindly to AC units running thus creating water puddles on the staring line. Killer Chiller has been doing this for years. It's more of a thing for the SVT 03/04 cobra guys from my findings. Most PCM strategies cut out the Compressor at WOT, curious how this common strategy will be implemented on the Dodge Demon. Either way from my stand point, it's still a mammoth Dodge. I really wanted to see it on a smaller frame to that of the Dodge Dart of the late 60's.

The Cobras drop their condensate right on the exhaust, I've never seen a drop under mine even on really humid days. You can hear it when you turn off the car and shut the door. The door closing shakes some loose and you get a hiss from the water steaming away on the cat. Dodge may have went with a similar setup? I agree it would be an issue at the track otherwise.
You really don't need the A/C running during a 1/4 mile run either- it takes some time to cool it all down and it being off for 10 seconds during the run make no difference in the grand scheme of the fluid temps.

Yeah mine dumps right out on the exhaust and I never see a drop. I don't have the killer chiller though as I would rather pack mine with ice and circulate it. Ive seen mine get down in the 40 degree range on a fairly warm day and not get over 80 after a pass.

It's an awesome car for sure. But by the time the dealerships are done with them a normal guy will never own one. I came from the Mopar world and love what they have done. I have been considering a Hell Cat as a cruiser.

I read that Chevy is making a limited number of Camaros to compete with the Demon. I love the name, wait for it, The Exorcist. Gotta love it.

I believe that is Hennessy not Chevy and the price tag is stupid. You buy the ZL1 Camaro and take it to them.
