I think the one running down there was primer black Chris, but I can't remember. Another year older and my mind slips more and more every day...so does my fart controller. LOL!

There was a guy at Kilkare that had one that was grey for sale a while back on a FB group as well. I know there was a white Fairmont coupe for sale as well for like $7800. Runs 7's in the 8th on motor. That was in a FB group as well.

I use to own a 1980 Fairmont Wagon back in the day, no one ever seen it coming. Then I ended up with my 1978 Mercury Zephyr, factory 302 C4 car. It turned some heads as well, a friend of mine owns it now and he has a built 408W going in it. Good luck with your search, if I see something I will be sure to let you know Brian.

Not a wagon but there is a 78 2 door Fairmont listed in Louisville Craigslist says body is in excellent condition v8 for 1500

Charlie Knisley has a wagon that he runs at Kilkare a lot. Turbo SBF. Its pretty nasty. Its a cream colored wagon.

My first car was a 79 Fairmont wagon. It was real clean but Im not sure where it went. That was 25 years ago! I traded it off down in Adams County.

I learned to drive in 79 Zepyhr wagon (Mercury version of the Fairmont).....35 some years ago. Learned a few other things in that car too haha :pump::pump:
