Corvette owners have the big bux. I'm just a poor mustang guy. Maybe Rob @ Tristate Muffler will buy it and do what he and another had planned for E20 until that all fell through. Let's hope!!!!

Well I hope someone buys it and makes it great again! I really liked that place. Track wasn't the greatest and it needs work, but it has potential.

Curious as to what they are asking for it ? I'm sure that one of the big gravel/aggregate companies will buy....it sits on some nice sand & gravel deposits.

Current taxable total appraisal value of property on he Butler County site is - $249,680.00. That's US dollars. Was last purchased on January 4, 1994 for $256,500. Total acreage of property is just shy of 87 acres.

per acre for the land is right at $2335.00. Not bad if it is sitting on a bunch of gravel and Watson would lease it from someone if it was not purchased for racing.

Taxable Appraisal is generally less than half of the actual value ...

So you're looking at close to $600k, And I'm going to say that they're going to ask close to if not over $1 mil ...

I'd say given the restricted hours of operation and the money that needs to be put in the place they'll have a hard finding a fool willing to part with that kind of money.

That was kind of my point ... $250k maybe, But close to a $1 mil would take a Looong time to recoup and make a profit ...

She will never get $1,000,000.00 for a washed up track that hasn't been showing a profit in years.

Doubt Carlos is still interested in owning a track, his son Mike has a decent business in L-burg.

Made my first pass there, would have loved to retired up on the hill in the trailer park.

I'll have a chat with Watson and see if he has plans to buy it.
