been researching a rim size for a friend at work who wants to start racing his car....

2015 Camaro ss, need to know what will fit the back of this thing to run a drag radial ... the more I read, the more the chevy crowd "consensus" confuses me.........

so far I gather a 18x9.5 +53mm backspacing rim will work ... so that's a c6 grandsport front wheel?

please help!!!! I'm sick of searching.......... I know he needs at least a 17" rim to clear the big brakes. the cheaper the better.

thanks, rick bellamy

Might check this out. Price is pretty steep but considering its 17's all the way around, its not bad. It says its good for 2010-2015.

The Bogarts that they have listed are more expensive and require the use of the V6 brakes.

It looks like the 17x10 with 44mm offset is what most people are using.

Tell him the general consensus is to sell said comero and buy a Mustang.

No problem!

The 44mm equates out to around 1.75 inches so that's not a lot of offset. Ill check around and if I see anything, Ill send ya a pm.
