Dyno Tune Quadrajunk ?

A coworker has restored/created a 1970 Trans Am Ram Air III convertible clone. These were never available as convertibles. He saved a rusted 305 Firebird convertible to make it happen. It's nearly perfect down to the factory Quadrajet. He's been struggling to get the carb right. I suggested a dyno tune but I don't know who, if anyone, in town that can do it. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

Throttle shaft bushings, air leakage past them gives all kinds of headaches. Easier fix than what it was 30 years ago.
