View Full Version : E85 carb size and ignition timing
What size E85 carburetor are most people using on a 302?
Are you running more, less, or about the same amount of timing with E85 compared to what you ran on gas?

I don't know the answer on the carb, but you can definitely run more timing than on 93.

Not enough info to tell you about a carb size.
Changed directions for the upcoming race season.
Going to be running a 347 stroker. 12 to 1 compression. Windsor jr iron heads. Around .550 lift cam.
Still want to try to run E85 with this motor.

You can run more timing with E85 than you can with 93.

On a 347 running E85, I would believe your at least in the range for a 700-750 cfm carb, just my opinion.
