If you haven't seen the news on 10 year old Kyler Bradley that is fighting DIPG brain stem cancer (like Lauren Hill) please check this out:
http://www.local12.com/news/features/top-stories/stories/Community-Strength-10-year-old-believes-in-miracles-225147.shtml

This coming Saturday, November 15th will be a (hopefully) large cruise with the local Jeep folks. They have invited all local Mustang peeps to lead the pack (Kyler loves Mustangs)& to be part. Heck, it doesn't matter what you are driving, come be part!!!

You are invited to a Sunday afternoon Jeep ride to support Kyler Bradley, he is a 10 year old from Fairfield who was diagnosed with DIPG earlier this month (this is the same disease Lauren Hill had).

We will meet on the 275 side of Forest Fair Mall at noon and pull out at 1:30. It is about a 15 minute drive to Kylers house which is located in Fairfield Township. Along with Kyler and his family, there will be a box for us to drop in our donation as we drive by. If he is in the hospital that morning, we will collect the donations and be making the ride to Clifton Childrens Hospital where he and his family will watch out the window as we all drive by. (We may have to switch things up that morning).

If you don’t wish to ride but wish to donate you may drop off the donation anytime before 1:30. We are asking for a minimum $10 cash (or gift card) donation per Jeep for this ride. If you can put it in a card/envelope that would be great. If you can’t donate, come to the ride and show your support.

We have had several vendors donate items for a raffle. For every $10 donated, you will receive a raffle ticket for an item in the drawing. Donate $40 and you get five tickets.

Included in the Raffle:
$100 Gift card to All-Terrain Outfitters
Gorilla Whip

We are expecting more donations, so the items will be updated as we receive them.

Let’s show our support to this family during the darkest moments they will ever see and celebrate all the healthy children in our lives.

And more:

Ricks Tavern on Rt4 and they have offered to open up the whole place to us (no cover) after the ride Sunday 11/15 AND donate 10% of a their sales from 330 to close !!
Please be sure to join us on this Jeep ride to raise money for our Hero Kyler and his family ..... with dj Dave Pretty, raffles, spilt the pot, good food and amazing jeeples !
(*very family friendly )

Dave, they don't want anyone but jeeps from what I was told on the fb page. I had a group wanting to go but hey, if they don't want the extra money and people, I'll do something else.

I talked to a couple of the organizers from the Jeep folks that originally contacted me to contact all of you......Mustangs are STILL invited. This event is growing at a pace that the Fairfield Twp. police are getting involved and may be limiting the participants. There is some fear that it might already be out of hand.

So to clarify - SUNDAY Jeeps and Mustangs will be "parading" from Butler Tech campus through the neighborhood of Kyler (who may not be home Sunday). Everyone is asked to being a card for Kyler and there will be drop boxes near their house. One and all can meet up at the old Forestfair mall between noon and 1:00 to get raffle tickets, etc., from there we will travel to Butler Tech. Other vehicles can park at the School on Morris behind the YMCA. ALL are invited to Rick's tavern afterwards for a family friendly afternoon where 10% of the food/beverages will go to Kyler. Its a bit crazy right now with so many folks involved with so many events, a good problem to have in support of Kyler. We plan to have Kyler t-shirts, stickers, wristbands and more for sale at Forestfair if you are interested - all proceeds go to Kyler!

Sorry for the confusion - at least the heavy bombers still want the fighter escort!

And if you can't participate, please keep praying for Kyler!

Perhaps we (Stangbangerz) can organize a cruise of our own in the near future, Kyler loves the Mustangs!

I think Im out. Ive took a beaten on FB all day over it! I had a few lined up to go and so did Rob Mauk. Those jeep people are very funny...

Ill keep the thoughts and prayers going. Its a sad story. I don't know how they can deal with it. They are stronger than me that's for sure!

Yeah its a shame. I always figured the more the better but apparently them jeep people are a different breed of their own!

They are still saying just jeeps. I don't think one of them know what the hell is going on. I talked to Tina and she said yes to the Mustangs, but three others still say no.

Im over it already. Hope Kyler gets a good turn out!

Jeep owners overly prideful and exclusive. Hmmmm... Looks like Corvette clubs just moved up a notch on the humble chart. :D

truly its Tina's event, she says all are welcome. apparently the police are considered because they will be blocking 3 main roads in Fairfield.... then you always have people that are trying to "help" that want to take over the event, sadly
