I just spoke to him, he's tinkering with his own Mustang, and getting the rest of his stuff out of the shop. Wished him luck, what a cool dude.

i think his business is ok, more of a health issue, he never had a problem pumping out nice cars,

Absolutely. He restored my 1985 Mustang GT hatchback a couple of years ago. It looked better than when I bought it new.
