Last night it was seeing 16 psi. I was planning on a smaller pulley but am going to hold off until I rebuild the motor.

Thanks guys. It has taken a while but I am very happy with how it's running now. A couple of times I almost gave up and sold it.
Here's an in car vid. You can hear and see it shaking on the limiter out the back.

cool inside shot Tony. Just curious what caused the car to shut down just after you took your helmet off.

I had just loaded the tune, it seems to take the adaptive learning a few key cycles to idle right. It's always right after a tune flash.

Tony has it all figured out! People spend all the time and money building a race car that can barely be driven. Here he has one that is faster than most race cars that he can drive the wheels off of. Now that's fun!!

Thanks again for the compliments. I have spent a lot of time making sure this car is fast and a true driver. It's definitely been done before but I bet my street manners are second to none. It idles great, throttle tip in is just like stock, shifting is perfect, etc. It took a while and was expensive but worth it.
I am ordering a new sleeved block in the next week or 2 to be able to safely push it into the 8s.
