90mm maf housing

I recently had Brandon @ Finish Line tune my car with the vortech. It was tuned on a cobra maf in the stock housing because I have to have an intercooler pipe modified for iat hose. My question is I have the cobra maf 90mm housing, if I install it over the stock one, would it change the tune. I asked Brandon but haven't received an answer yet. I've got sometime this week to make the change so wanting to know.

I would think so just based on the amount of airflow through each housing. I know they can be tempermental if everything isn't correct.
