The only track I've ever been to is Edgewater. Been there probly 20 or more times. Which is a better hooking/prepped track? Better atmosphere (spectators, Cars, all around setup, staff)?

Edgewater, KilKare, Tri-State, Thornhill? And why?

I "heard" the staff is very strick/rude there. Is this true?

They had some issues with staff when it was first bought, But we've been assured that's all ended ...

Kilkare!!! No other track around compares to it. The security and gates was a mess but it's supposed to be taken care of this year. Come out Saturday and check it out. I'll be there in the cobra. Should be a good sticky track from what Charlie posted today!

I think you'll be happy making the trip. I hear there are going to be some fast cars testing also!

In the past they have been pretty strict as far as safety equipment goes but it's hit and miss. It's a new season so we'll see how it goes.

Thanks! My favorite color of them by far! I'm going to try to get the slicks on the alumastars and get them on for Saturday. Can't wait to see how it does!

I just bought replica wheels and sent them to Weldcraft to have them widened to 12". Then put on mickey thompson 345 drag radials. 10x better than my nitto invos.

I've always liked going to Edgewater myself... Mostly because of the layout and UMTR. But I'll be honest, You cant get hardly any runs in on test n tune because of all the 17yr old kids driving their imports. And the diesels that run there also tear up the rubber.

I have however gotten my fastest pass in my GT at KilKare.

They only downside to Kil-Kare is the lack of runs you can make. I have been there on the test and tune nights and only got 1 or 2 runs in. I like Tri-State because you can get a lot of runs in if you want. Now granted my fastest cars have been low 13 sec cars, so those of you with faster cars may not care for it.

I don't mind Tristate at all. You do get a lot of passes in there. At Kilkare, I've made 4 or 5 passes during a test and tune night max. But I've seen others make a bunch. Kind of hit and miss I guess there.

I went last August and made 20 runs. I could of made 100 runs if I wanted to.

How's Thornhill? I hear they let you run as fast as you want.

I'd like to get a couple full runs but from what im being told. Kilkare will tell me to leave if I run faster than the rules.

You can get 2 passes in! The first one is a warning and the 2nd will be to stop running! I've done that a couple times!

I've gone high 1.2X 60' at KK, and at Edgewater, with low 1.3X at Tristate. Used to be a video of me and Chad393 running at TriState during the DD shootout, I was seeing sky with the green light glowing, great in car video, wish I knew what happened to it..

Tri-State is a fun track but can be a little tricky at times, if you just want to get laps in it's hard to beat. Edgewater is a good track but you might struggle to get runs in on a TnT night. Kil Kare has the best actual track surface of any of these three, not crazy about how they changed the staging lanes and some other things, but it's still a good place to take your car. It can be a little tough to get runs in on some TnT nights but they have TnT days set aside for permanent number cars and the XOS guys usually do a track rental once a month so you can get in about as many runs as you want on those days.
