So, I'm sitting at the dealership for the last day of the month. It looks like they expect an all-nighter. Who the hell do they expect me to call to sell a car to? It's 9:37 PM on a Tuesday! Anyone else reading the forum while at work? Insert thumb in butt......

Just got off work. Drive down to Lexington, then Louisville, then back. Then get to go back again tomorrow and come back to Dayton again. Yay! (sarcasm intended)
How late are you open? Jeez...

Apparently we are gonna be here until midnight, normally we close at 9:00. I got here at 8:45 this morning, drove to Lexington to get a Cherokee from another dealer, and spent almost two hours stuck on 75 because a Dodge pickup decided it wanted a CanAm Spyder for a hood ornament. This job is cool, just eats up all of my freaking time. Been working open to close without a day off since the 21st.

I went down 75 and back up 71 from Louisville. I can't believe they shut 75 down to one lane for construction. 71 was a parking lot and it was one of those situations where you drive by and it's just because a cop pulled a semi truck over. Took me 5 hours to get home. Are they having some kind of promotion?

The wreck I saw was in the construction zone by Dry Ridge. Totally compounded the problems. I guess it's a promotion....end of the month and we are 12 cars from our goal. Anybody want a Wrangler? SRT Challenger?

Lol I am but I'm looking for a CJ or a TJ. Not too many of them on dealers lots anymore.

It's all good, I knew it before I accepted the job offer. It's a grind, but it pays for the toys. I can't really bitch, they aren't scared to pay us.
