I have my lower pulley cage off the car. The part the screws to the crank pulley is a little loose. I believe it's attchaed to the part on the outside where the hex head hole is. And where the 3 studs fit into the rubber bushings that go into the pulley. Anyone know how to tighten or take this apart?

Tommy I don't know how to fix it, but you can have the stock one off my car if that would help. Has 88k miles on it. I don't think anything was wrong with it. I just removed it to install a metco setup. You could pick it up anytime this week. Text me at 513-615-0292 if you want it.

The bearing is staked in there.

This link has the number for the bearing. http://www.modularfords.com/threads/210858-Stock-crank-pulley-cage-main-bearing

Might as well replace the drive pin bushings too. http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?781351-Lower-Caged-Pulley-Rebuild-Option-for-03-04-Terminators

I have one of the custom 4 lb caged lowers that a guy put together a couple years back. It has 6 drive pins and harder bushings than stock. Hopefully my center bearing stays tight for a while!

Edit:
Here's some pics of the stock lower taken apart. This is from the guy who made my lower.

Awesome! Thank you. That's what I was looking for. The bearing isn't the issue. I think the center bolt is coming loose from the 3 tang flange. I want to tighten it up. I found a bunch of stuff on modular Ford's forum but no picks. I seen your name on thread. Are those lower pullies still being made?

No, he's not making them anymore unfortunately. I already had the Metco 10-rib setup, so I got mine done as a 10 rib version. I have the only 10 rib caged lower on the planet for an 03 Cobra :)

Now I just need to call Metco and get a 10 rib 3" alternator pulley. The 3.2 isn't cutting it at idle. I'm sure it'll be a $200 custom part. Maybe ASP...
