Been around for a bit, I think this may be 4th or 5th gen here, they have a 5.56 semi-auto that goes for like $7500 all the way up to a .338 TP that goes for $50K, I'm sure there are probably options to be had to add-on things if you wanted. Haven't seen anything about a "ghetto" version but it's probably out there.

Hey now... The old 427 with the RPM Maxx block made over 1200 to the tire with the 101mm! And it is still running around over in Indiana!

That's a cool system. From what I've heard it uses lasers to gauge the wind. I guess it works, but they are very expensive, they may get cheaper in time. Still, it's cool to see what technology can do. I think I would stick with a good scope, without batteries.

I was reading about this in the last RECOIL magazine. Looks cool as a demonstration piece but not as a practical piece of equipment. It's like in the military when they wouldn't let anyone use a GPS until they properly learned how to read a map and navigate by compass first. I can see a lot of rich guys who can't shoot go out and buying these.

Lots of potential in the system, wouldn't mind trying one out just to see it work.
