4.6 timing chains

Need some help here. Installing chains for a friend on an 02 gt. 4.6 sohc engine. Got the cam tools to hold the cams, I've always stayed away from the modular engines, just not too comfortable with em. Any advice or tips on changing them. I priced the job by Mitchell manual labor guide. Any help would be appreciated. Or donated time by someone experienced in changing them would be awesome. Thanks
