it comes up every few years but ohios economy still isn't where it needs to be for it to work we a light years away from where it was when it started last time

I agree. If they institute it now, it would knock the legs out from under our recovery, as slow as it is. Also, it needs to be statewide and not just a few counties and it must include Columbus. The bureaucrats excluded their city from it the last time, that was a frickin joke.

Id hate to see them e check a fully built car. What would happen if they damaged a lowered car? Just curious

I had my 95 roush done in 03'. They loaded the front wheels on the dyno and got ready to do the test- another worker yelled at the moron and he stopped before tearing the side pipes off. When he did do the test he only probed one exhaust pipe. He handed me my pass ticket and said I had the lowest emission mustang he had ever tested.... Idiots. That was a bigger public cash fleece than seatbelt tickets.

E check was a joke....they tested my 92 Mustang with heads, cam, intake , h pipe - no cats, no tune, ...and it passed easily.
