Basically New Ashley Microfiber Couch

So the wife has decided to redo our den as a room for our son to play in. We bought this couch about a year ago just to fill the space. It was literally set there for looks when you walk by from the front door. I haven't ever sat on it that I can remember. It is in new condition in a room that seldom sees foot traffic. This is a smoke free , newer home that we have never wore shoes in. We are somewhat particular! I gave $599 for it from our local furniture store. If somebody on here needed it i would let them have it for $325.

We ordered new furniture for this room yesterday. The wife said $300 and get it out of her way! She wants to do some work in the room before the new stuff comes in. Our 18 month old son is going to have the coolest room in the house I think........
