Heard Bill Cunningham opened a root beer joint in Maderia so since the Root Beer Stand in Sharonville is closed for the year, decided to give it a try.
Not even in the same league with the Root Beer Stand. First, the root beer is simply Barq's dispensed out of a serve yourself machine. Really Bill?

I had a dressed up Nathan's hot dog that was just OK. A hot dog on a cold bun with canned chili, a few onions and some tasteless cheese on top. Not hateful, but surely not worth the special trip I made to check the place out.

I expected more.

doesn't open any stores, he just puts his name on them...which about 1/2 fail it seems.

FYI anyone heading there, stay off Dawson Road. It is one way (Miami to Kenwood) for drain replacement which should be interesting this winter. Hosbrook from Kenwood is also a mess.

Four (son to be five) generations have been walking down Dawson for 50+ years without any issues. Only a 10 minute walk to the THIRD Kroger location. Second location is now the hardware store, first location is where CVS is now, used to be a dinner theater there as well.
