Weather is currently going to be Sunny and 62 this Friday. I am planning on heading to E20 to find what the new setup will do on Oscar. Anyone else have interest in going? I plan on being there by 6 pm.

Borrow Ricky's slicks...he's not using them. Really...borrow some slicks...you might only spin threw 2 gears that way.

Yep! My car usually hooks even when others aren't but it was ugly off the line. I had to turn it WAY down just to leave.

Good news is Jack went Sunday and it was a lot better.

I've never been on slicks Jeff. Honestly the thought of it makes me nervous. I hear that they like to "walk" or "track" or whatever that's called. I'm not sure if Ricky's would fit my car either for that matter. I don't know if a 15x8 for a 2013 is the same BS as a Foxbody (assuming you are talking about the same Ricky I am thinking of).

Im going to be down that way but Im heading to Indiana to check on the 85 over at Gary Rohe's. I wanted to get some passes in sometime this year but its not looking good!!!

Good seeing everyone out tonight. Had a ball in spite of the cool breeze and headwind blowing down the track most of the evening.

The tune and pulley made the world of difference. 11.49@ 124 was final pass number three. First two were solid as well with 11.79 and 11,74 before dropping the tires to 14psi. Never gone this fast before. Made my goal with .01 to boot. WOO-HOO!!!!

second gear burnouts also help! Finally got the nerve to do that. Would like to get a line lock installed sometime this winter as well as a one piece drive shaft. Thanks man, and thanks Tommy.

That's exciting Chad, makes me want to upgrade mine. Not even sure if my ported Eaton could make that trap speed with a lower pulley. Tommy needs to drop off the 2.3 whipple at my house asap, lol.

Thanks Brian. Saw Rocky there and he was running pretty strong. Saw him make a solid 10.8 pass. Said he was happy considering he had not had the car to the track in four years though it was going teens before he parked it. Was good seeing him out.

I wish I could've got the cobra out and drove it down. But the traffic on 275 was horrible so I just wanted to get out of there!

Tell me about it. I came from Cross county and thought there wa a wreck. Took me 20+ minutes to get from the overpass on CC highway to the Cleves exit. Was worse for anyone I am sure coming from the east.

Congratulations on your personal best Chad that's great!, you've definitely got 10 second potential with that mph and as others have mentioned without that headwind and a better d/a.....Wow!
Whenever you decide to put a slick on that car your 60' times will plummet and you'll never go back to a drag radial! ;)

It was good to get back in the car . Car hasn't been touched in 4 years other than just put a new ignition box on last week since mine started smoking . Et sucked as it ran 10 teens at 131 and now 10.8 at 123 . Definitely down on power somewhere . We'll get it back on the Dyno soon and try to figure it out . Starting to get the bug to race again . My kids are really into mustangs now so that helps motivate me also . Good seeing some of you guys again .
