So, for the first time in 17 years I'm Mustang-less, and I hate it. I've been hustling and flipping cars for the past few months and I now have a shop that is full of GMs. Granted, 2 are Geo Trackers, and I seem to make money on them, but they still irritate me. Tonight, the little lady says her CEL came on in the Yukon, can I fix it? I scan the tub o' lard, and it's a cylinder 3 misfire. No biggie, we've had it 4 months and it was probably due anyway. Now, I stand 6'1", and because of these 285/75 tires, I have to use a damned step ladder to reach over the fenders, then get to reach waaaayyy down for the plugs. So the moral of the story is: tonight GM stands for Get Motrin. I hate these bastards, and can't wait to get another Mustang.

Sorry for your pain but glad to hear some one hates Chevys as bad as I

Really makes me appreciate the spark plug location on the mod motors. It was so much fun working on her truck, I think I need to take a Chevy and wipe my Pontiac.

OMG I used to have a 95 z28 and the spark plugs are on the bottom of the motor. Took me hours to do a tune up so sold that POS soon after. Just terrible design.

About 3 months ago, I looked real hard at one of those. So, like my normal OCD self, I went and test drove one, then researched the piss out of them. When I saw that a jack would be involved in a simple spark plug change, I was not happy. THEN, I saw what the opti-spark disributor consisted of, and I knew there was no effing way I was getting one of those. I'll take 100 year old proven technology for $500, Alex!

I'm glad yours are easy to swap. I still hate the LT1. They're strong, I admit.... The designers can still get themselves a spoon, and eat my ass.
