NMRA AT NATIONAL TRAILS

I have to assume this will be the last time NMRA has an event at Trails. If anyone went it was a waste of $20 to get in. I've been going to this event since about 2000 and am sad to see it go especially since it's only about 20 miles from the house. It wasn't even listed on the NMRA site as an event but Trails did have it listed.

I'm not sure if they even had the event car show but I doubt there were more than 100 cars there and NMRA didn't even have the event trailer there.

I run the entire nmra schedule, and they haven't had a race there since 2012????????

Doesn't show anything on the schedule there either for today on their site or national trails

Last year they advertised it as a non-points race and I believe brackets and the Y block shoot out only.

Everything is for sale, If I keep it through the winter I'm gonna make a few changes and TRY to use it next year.

I was expecting it to be something like last year, but this year you could literally go through the gate and drive right up to the stands and park. Ghost Town. Oh well, Norwalk and BG are still fairly close.
