So we had Sunfire Offroad do the L96 swap into the buggy last week. Its a bone stock 2013 Chevy truck engine basically. All in all it runs pretty badass but we have noticed in the 2800 rpm range under moderate throttle it will get a dead pedal when you let off the throttle. It will throw a 606 code for ecm failure but from what I know and have been told it is normal because of all the stuff it has disabled and removed. The computer was tuned by RCI performance in Alabama which is who we bought the engine from. We talked to Ricky at RCI and he has an idea that it may need a different MAP sensor. Any ideas from all you tuner people? Rather than taking it back to Alabama for RCI to take care of we are wanting to get it on a dyno and get this taken care of semi locally. It runs and idles amazing but we don't want to risk the dead pedal on a rock wall in an ugly spot! That and we want to see if there is any room for more power left in the tune and what it is currently making. Thanks
