First time at the track

Finally took the new Corvette to the track. Pulled off a 11.505 with a 1.858 60ft and a 134 mph trap speed. Transmission kept getting stuck in between 2nd and 3rd for at least a full second each pass. Sometimes even longer. Pretty disappointed cause I know the car could of had a 10 second pass on street tires. Unfortunately the tranny tapped out on a 11.7 run. So looks like I need a good transmission builder. These runs were on non drag radial nitto invo street tires and heavy 20" wheels.

Look into RPM transmissions up in Anderson,IN....they do alot of t56's and vette stuff.

Not sure. It'll only go in 3rd gear.

I called rpm and they will not build the 6l80 transmission. Which is what I have. Looking into century or circle d for their 1000hp kits.
