Ok so I picked up this 85 gt aod auto half way home started sounding like a rod was knocking but after listening to motor everything sounded good figured Ok flex plate got under it today 3 nuts are tight on the converter but the fourth just spins looks like the back threads are gone so my question is can you just drop the tans an re - tap the threads on those.
