I had it spec'd for an NA Windsor build but changed direction before I even ran the cam. From the numbers it would be a decent turbo cam as well though.

Is it a retrofit cam (small base circle) or standard to be used with link bar lifters?

Standard. I have a set retro fit lifters I bought to run it in a non-roller block.
