Just closed on my house today and it has a 3 car garage. It looks like the last garage space was added on and they didn't support the truss. It is sagging a good 4-6 inches over 15 feet.

I need to know if I can just put in the support that I feel like it should have had from day one, or does something else need to be done.

If anyone on here feels like this is something within their grasp and they want to come look at it, let me know and I can pay (depending on price) or offer garage space use or something of the sort. My number is 513-390-3614 or hit me up on here. Thanks again in advance guys.

Fyi I am ending up going with a heat pump with electric backup and then hopefully put in a pellet stove to stay off the electric.

His name is Jeff Kemp. He does all the work for Towne Properties. A couple buddies referred him.
