I'm starting to get into biking. Going to start hitting some trails once I finally get my legs and butt into shape. Problem is my 96 is my DD and all the bike racks I looked up on Amazon say they won't fit. Is that just because they're assuming I have a spoiler? I was thinking it shouldn't cause an issue without a spoiler. Anyone else used a rack on their mustang?

Saris makes a roof rack that fits the SN95.

apparently they don't make one anymore. I may just go up to the local bike shop and see if they'll let me try them on my car to see what will fit. I do'nt think I should have an issue since I don't have a spoiler. Thanks

Put a hitch on it. Seriously. Just picked up a Curt hitch for my Cruze for my hitch mounted bike rack.

Lol I'd be worried about speedbumps. My car is low enough as it is. I might used to truck hitches though. I want something that I can remove.

I would second the hitch idea. The tail racks will scratch the shit out of your paint.

Really no paint to worry about right now lol. By the time I get a new paint job I'll have a truck.

I haven't looked at mustang hitches, but my Cruze hitch tucks way up behind the rear bumper. Can't tell it's there unless you were really looking.

I'll have to see if I can find pictures and see what it looks like.
