In search for more power and I got bored, I decided to try my luck at building my first sheet metal upper and keeping the vic efi lower.

This is actually 16 gauge steel with 1/4" frame. The top is the only piece of aluminum(still needs polished) and no fancy machines used to make it.

Very little testing but the moates data logs show its making 30+ hp more than it ever has and low end throttle response feels better. Can't wait to get it on the dyno or at the track

The hp gain is cuz it allows you to hide a bigger no2 kit.... Looks good tho

looks good ,reminds me of the old cartech box.
i had a similar one with twin 60mm t/bodies , made good power.

Most of the metal was scrap from work but I got about $80 in it.
