NOVA spelled backwards. Used to hear guys call them that all the time when I was the young teenager hanging out on Glenway Ave. Wasn't slam per say just what many called them. That was during the time people were claiming if you played certain rock songs (Led Zepplin, ELO, Judas Priest, etc.) or albums backwards they had hidden messages in them. It was all a big scare thing. So often times many would find words like NOVA and realize backwards they spelled something else. We had a guy in HS named Damon. Everyone called him NOMAD.

It's a 383 with a 680 roller 12.5-1 compression pro systems carb th400 with a brake.9inch ladder bars and floater kit. 4 wheel disk It's pretty cool it pounds the ground.;)
