I cannot recommend an attorney, but I can tell you that unless there is huge potential pay-off, you may not be able to find an attorney to take the case. The insurers for doctors and hospitals know they can run up the costs so quickly that solo practitioners and small firms cannot support the costs of litigation.

Then there is the problem of finding a doctor to testify that what occurred was medical malpractice.

Not trying to change your mind, but it is much more difficult than people believe.
