Too much compression for boost setup?

Is 10.5-1 compression too much to run a low boost turbo setup on a 351w?

Best engine for boost is a nitrous engine .

11.5-12.1 compression. Good cam from a reputable cam company. Preferably SteveMorris, or Mark at Bullet cams, softened chambers, some good tuning and get after it.

For some reason I was under the impression that for instance a turbo setup you should be running around 9.5-1?

What fuel do you plan on running. Pump 93 only...then yes....9-10:1 to give you some insurance room with your tune. E85 or race gas...then 11-12:1 is doable and will make more power.

Lmao! I'm running a solid roller 351 and has victor jr heads and would most likely run a inter cooler . And she's carbed. I'm new to this boosted stuff have always been a n/a kind of guy, but wanting more!
