Got a Ruger SR1911 last year and have been having a lot of fun at the range. I finally had to admit it was shooting consistently to the right. At like 35-40 ft. it was about 4"-5" right of the bulls eye. I tried to move the rear sight with no success. Finally decided to turn it over to a pro and took it to Jenamy Gun Shop near Day Heights. The gentleman worked for at least an hour using depth mics until he had it dead nuts. I was skeptical because I couldn't actually see any difference, but decided to give it a try. Took it to Point Blank today and wow, the difference was astounding. It was shooting pretty much dead on. Cudos to Jenamy Gun Shop. Good couple of guys. :)
