Realistically, you're going to have a hard time having something like that custom fabbed for less than $1300. There are a lot of curves on there that would be pretty labor intensive.

I agree with what Gene said, there is a reason it is so expensive. If it is approx 6ft or less I can fit it.

It can be done, no doubt. I could do it if I had all my tools from the tank plant. But I'm not sure if making a one off one for under 1300 would be doable, since I'm not up on tubing and plate pricing.
