What HVAC company????

The old York Steller system in the house is about ready for the scrap yard. It's 21 years old and not high efficiency. Started getting quotes yesterday. Has anyone replaced their HVAC systemn recently and who did you end up going with? Prefer Cincinnati local provider. I know that only 2-3 manufactureres build 95% of the HVAC units sold so just as concerned on customer service and quality installation as anything. Thanks for the feed back.
