Last I heard it was over 300,000,000 to 1 !!!
And they were saying that 68% of lottery ticket buyers are people that Don't have extra money to buy them ... And for Scratch off tickets it was 78% if I remember right !!!

CRAZY !!! Basically people that don't have money for essentials like Food, Clothing, and Bills are spending their money on Lottery tickets !!!
