So, Some of you know I drive an eighteen wheeler and haul fuel,The amount of accidents I seen friday and saturday was rediculous! Well saturday I got into one of my own. I was heading south on 71 roads weren't bad saturday just in spots.Guy come on 71 from 275 in a mercedes, Immediately go's to the hammer lane and flys by me.I wasn't even thinking about what was about to happen.Guy's car started sliding and he go's all the way over to the slow lane(he had it saved)well I thought anyway.By this time I caught up to him,for some reason he yanks the wheel back and drives right into the side of my semi.(I was in the middle lane.It destroyed his car bad blew his windows out, deployed his air bags, pushed his doors in about 3 foot and just scratched my fender was all.He got cited for the wreck.I never lost control or nothing I was just driving down the highway. The driver said he never saw me after just passing me.I had to go take a dot drug test, breathalizer, incident report for work and now I'm going to miss work all because of this a*shat. Now I know accidents will happen in slippery conditions but why can't people just slow down? I missed out on 800.00 bucks saturday and who knows how much next week...Just a headache is all

Man, I hate that shit. All the BS paper work and testing....like it was your fault. Then the lost money. Sometimes you can recover the lost revenue, but most times you're screwed.

I was off sick Thursday and Friday (no weekends here), so I got to miss all the fun. Tomorrow looks like it might be interesting.

I spent the whole weekend pulling them outta of the ditch . Sorry to hear about the as*hat . I spent 3 hours driving back from Columbus Friday night . On that drive I seen 5 jackknifed semi's and about 20 cars in the ditch. People just have no common sense anymore and are in a hurry to get no where.

If the other dude was cited why did you have to go get tested? Is it because you haul fuel? I just had a jerk off run into my T800 a couple months ago trying to squeeze past me in a construction zone.

Cocky elitists in over priced Mercedes thinks he/she owns the road...same story different day.

I thought German engineering with all the electronic anti this, and auto correcting that would make Mercedes incapable of causing or having accidents.

He/she can afford all your lost wages, damages, and healthcare. Be glad it wasn't an illegal alien. JOCK POT! Glad no one was injured.

I was thinking about that, the guy didn't deny anything he was straight forward said he screwed up.I just recieved the police report 20 min. Ago that explains what happened it shows no wrong doing by me,So I should be fine on all of that.

You should see how stupid they act when they see a salt truck coming. They don't get that we're just trying to help them. Most people do their best to get around us or get in the way any way they can on the streets of Newport.

When we're involved in an accident, it doesn't matter who's fault it was, we have to go for a drug test.

Yeah people never seem to amaze me at the stupid things they do, on a plus side of all of this I dropped my truck off too my body shop and got a rental truck for the week also.
