2006 built Freedom Homes two story home with wooded lot off the main street. New carpet January of 2011, Stainless Whirlpool matching Appliances, and Hague Watermax Water Softener.

Features:
-3 Bedroom
-2.5 bath
-1812 sq ft with unfinished basement
-Stainless Whirlpool Appliances bought new in 2011
-Full Basement
-Oversize 2 car garage (26' deep, air conditioned and heated)
-Deck with walkout from Kitchen and brand new stairs
-Laundry in basement
-Large Master bedroom with jack and jill sinks, upgraded shelving in master closet
-Wall mounted TV bracket in living room

Currently setup with Duke Energy Retail. Highest Duke bill was $140 in middle of summer. Have bills as low as $70 a month for gas and electricity. Home is located behind the IGA off Old US 52 in the Riverview Bluffs neighborhood.

I currently rent this house out at $1080 per month with the tenants covering all utilities and upkeep of the yard, landscaping, etc. I had at least 10 showings of the house when I last had it up for rent.

The current tenants lease is up April 2013. Never had any problems out of them. The only issues with the home currently are the kitchen linoleum needs replaced and the master bedroom and master closet doors need replaced. Taxes are almost exactly $2k per year.

I was going to ask $129k when the current tenants lease is up. I'd obviously be willing to go lower if there are no realtor fees involved. Call me at 513-315-6583 or PM if serious and we can talk further.

So if anyone is in the market this place is going to be up for sale in May, if not late April. Will have new kitchen flooring and I'm going to paint the entire inside of the house. Looking to be in the mid - low 120's depending on what all gets updated :bigthumb Or $120,125 as it sits :bigthumb
