I have been ordering ammunition on line for some time with no problem
Today I tried to order 2 boxes of Personal Defense rounds from Gander Mountian and they said they couldn't ship it to me because of some law in Cincinnati (I live in Clermont County). Funny thing is, I received TWO orders of ammo this morning from 2 other companies, no problems. WTF?

Did you list Cincinnati as the City for your address?
Change it and you should be fine,

Don't you have to pay a hazmat fee? I tried to order ammo and powder from Midway a couple times but the shipping and hazmat fee combined was just more than I could take.
Ammo is definitely coming back, our local store has their bulk ammo back .223, .308 some .45. They even had a bunch of .22 ammo last weekend.

I've been ordering a bunch of ammo on line. I haven't had to pay any hazmat fees.

I've been playing around and it appears the last order I wanted to place there was a hazmat fee of $25 or $45 but it must of been for primers or powder. They don't tack it on for just ammo. I did see when I was playing adding stuff in my cart on Cabelas there is a warning message to check local laws in Ohio before ordering?

Hazmat fees are not required for loaded ammunition.
Not sure why they won't ship to you.

I'm convinced it is just a computer glitch on their part. Maybe they had the same company as Obama Care.

I might do that. Actually, I already did. That's when the girl told me they couldn't ship to CINCINNATI. I just completed my CCW course, and as far as I could find out there is nothing to keep ammo from being shipped to Ohio.
