He works tomorrow. Sometimes this time of year the managers swap out days off so he may be there. THe other managers name is Joe. Also a great guy. He could help you as well and will work with you as if Jon was there.

Sweet good info guys! I know some shops frown when you bring in tires/wheels that you didn't buy there!

Nah they are all good there. Those guys swapped a set of rims for me 3 times on this car alone and never gave me any grief over it.

I've pretty much never gotten greif from any Tire Discounters store I've taken loose wheels/tires to. Hell the store over in Mt Orab has mounted and balanced them for me for free a few times.

I had a little dust up with Tire Discounters in Milford years ago. I had purchased a new set of Torque Thrust rims (Ford rims) and wanted my tires dismounted and remounted onto them. Since I didn't buy the rims from them, they didn't want to do it. After exchanging letters with the owner of Tire Discounters, the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. No problems since. I do about all of my tire business with this store and have been very happy. I have 4 cars and buy some pretty expensive tires there (my last purchase, TWO sets of Michelin Pilot Super Sports). They always take good care of me.:)

When I lived in KY the tire discounters on 42 at Mall Rd would hook me up but haven't had much done with tires since I moved! Once the rear wheels show up I'll be headed to see Jon on Galbraith Rd since I work in that area a lot!

Yeah I'll be there after 12 today for rest of week. I've been with td for 7 years and we have always mounted customer tires or rims. With manager discretion usually on some things like if someone has some high end multipiece forged and rubber bands. Which in those cases the risk to damage ten thousand dollars of product to make a few bucks doesn't make sense. Shop number is 513 948 8200
