Im told by the mac man there is a guy who travels to shops around the beechmont area who fixes stripped spark plug holes but not with helicoils. Its some kind of sleeve. I need his number please.

I don't have that info but I have had good luck with the OEM part#24200. It includes 6 of the steel inserts, the bit, tap, and detailed instructions. I think it's around $300 for the kit.

Last I heard is was $125 the first hole, $75 each hole after that but don't quote me on that, info via Gene Jr. of R&R Transmission in Madisonville.

Use the time sert setup it works great. I use tons of helicoils but not for spark plug holes.
