I just need the passport card which means I have to travel by land or sea but I need it in less than 2 weeks. So far my research has told me I need to go to Detroit to get it in person. Any other ways to do it locally that you know of?

I work for the City of Newport and they do passports. Im not sure on any of the details. You can call them and they will help you out with the details. 859-292-3660.

There are passport expediting services out there that can get you your passport in a couple of days, but they're not cheap.
